On September 25, 2015, the UN General Assembly adopted a new set of global development goals. All member countries are now using these objectives to frame their development agendas and political policies over the next 15 years. As a youth-run entity that works on issues that concern peace, development and creativity, the World Youth Forum is proud to announce a new cooperation with the Ideas for Action initiative by the World Bank Group, in the context of the WYF’s role in promoting the Sustainable Development Goals 2030. Ideas for Action provides students and young professionals from around the world with a unique opportunity to help shape the international development agenda and to take an active role in changing the world. A joint program of the World Bank Group and the Zicklin Center for Business Ethics Research at the Wharton School, Ideas for Action is a knowledge platform connecting young leaders all around the world who are passionate about the future development of our world. The World Youth Forum and Ideas for Action are joining forces to present a new opportunity for the World Youth Forum network.
