Following the recommendations of the World Youth Forum 2018, WYF will take part in the Africa 2018 Conference through inviting 100 entrepreneurs from Africa to attend and participate in Youth Entrepreneurs Day (YED), which provides young people with the opportunity to present their ideas to Investors and public figures, in addition to improving their skills by participating in some workshops.

This invitation comes as one of the recommendations of the World Youth Forum 2018, which called on all Egyptian state agencies and institutions to work towards establishing a regional center for entrepreneurship in Egypt to provide all necessary support to startups in Egypt and the region.

Africa 2018

The Africa 2018 Forum, organized by the Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation, will be held in Sharm El-Sheikh on 8,9 December 2018, under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi. About 2000 attendees, more than 60 speakers and a number of heads of governments and ministers from various African countries in addition to 10 African presidents will attend the conference representing Egypt’s development partners, businessmen, investors and high profile business figures from Egyptians, Africans and all over the world.

The Africa 2018 Forum aims at stimulating investment on the African continent as Egypt assumes presidency of African Union presidency in 2019.
