All nationalities are welcome to apply, however, please note that some events will be restricted only to specific regions given the topic discussed.

Some applications might get disqualified due to the following reasons
• Incomplete Membership profiles
• Providing false information.
• Personal photo does not match the required criteria.
• National ID or Passport (for Non-Egyptians) is not provided.
• Passport is not valid for 6-8 months from the date of the event.
Registration on the website gives you the chance to apply to attend multiple events throughout the year. However, registration does not necessarily guarantee your attendance as this depends on a number of factors:
• Number of applicants received
• Qualifications of the applicants and their relation to the theme of the event.
Once we validate your account; an Email, as well as an SMS, will be sent out with your E-Invitation to the event.
World Youth Forum has a main annual event held in Sharm El-Sheikh and multiple other events throughout the year.
World Youth Forum offers you a variety of options to allow you to seize the utmost level of experience during your participation throughout the year.
You can attend the events as An Attendee, A Speaker, A Model participant, A Workshop participant, and many more depending; on the event.
When you register to attend an event, you will be asked to choose your participation type.
Each event has its own set of roles, which vary depending on the theme and nature of the event.
Your selection is not guaranteed as it depends on the number of applications received and your qualifications.

Roles
Panelist – Workshop’s participant
Anyone who is eager to learn, participate in an interactive environment, work on a specific problem and come up with a recommendation to help to solve it.
You will enjoy discussing significant topics in an innovative environment. The insight you gain from this unique experience will allow you to go back home with the knowledge to pass on to your peers.
Your selection is not guaranteed as it depends on the number of applications received and your qualifications. You will still have a chance to be selected as a workshop participant.
Anyone who is willing to share his experience and knowledge with youth from all over the world on specific topics.
World Youth Theatre
It is a free platform for young people to express their talents, culture, or arts.
You’ll need to complete the registration form and choose your participation role as ” World Youth Theatre Performer”.
Then upload a video (showreel) and follow the steps to complete your registration
You will receive an Email with your E-Invitation to the event.
You will receive a personal confirmation from one of our coordinators, who may ask you for additional information.
There is an option for registering as a group/band. Please select this option and make sure every band member does the same.
All band members have to include the band name and designate only one band member to be your point of contact.
No, you have to receive an email confirming your participation as a performer.
We have very strict rules if there are performers under 18 in your act. ALL Minors MUST have ONE parent or legal guardian present.
A detailed form of all the required instruments shall be filled to make sure all the equipment is ready for the show. Small instruments can be carried with you.
All the precautionary measures applied in the World Youth Forum will be applied in the World Youth Theater.
The World Youth Theater is an international platform and an excellent opportunity to meet with young artists from all over the world. In addition to this, all performers receive A Certificate of Appreciation.

Model of Human Right Council (MHRC)
Dressing professionally and appropriately is an important aspect of the Model of the Human Rights Council. At some summits, delegates may wear their own national dress; however, most conferences require western business attire. Business apparel is required during all sessions.

A Model delegate is a participant who assumes the role of a delegate of the Human Rights Council in a Model simulation. Prior to a conference or event, a Model delegate does not need extensive experience in regional relations. Anyone can participate in the Model, so long as they have the ambition to learn something new and to work with people to try and make a difference in the world.
The insight you gain from this unique experience from the exploration of history, geography, culture, economics, and science contributes to the authenticity of the simulation when the role-playing gets underway.
This is, in addition, to meet new people, enhance your public speaking, gain expertise, Negotiation skills, Leadership, Teambuilding, Creativity, and Confidence.
It is an educational simulation where you can work on your diplomatic skills to solve a specific problem along with other delegates. In the MHRC, Participants step into the shoes of International Leaders to debate any specific issue in relation to human rights, make speeches, prepare draft resolutions, negotiate with allies.
Logistics
Yes, hotel transportation is provided from and to the airport.
Egypt welcomes you to spend as much time as you want as per your visa regulations. However, WORLD YOUTH FORUM funds the accommodation only during the event’s duration.
Once your participation is confirmed, you will receive your hotel details on your account.
Yes, accommodation during the event is fully funded by World Youth Forum.
All travelers to Egypt must be able to provide evidence of authorized permission to travel whilst in-country. To obtain a visa, please head to the nearest Egyptian Consulate or Embassy with the following documents:
• E-Invitation
• Passport copy (Valid for at least 6-8 months)
• 2 personal photos
• Any further documents might be required (Please consult with the nearest Egyptian Consulate or Embassy in your country of residence)
Unfortunately, once your ticket is confirmed and sent to you, we will not be able to change it.

Round flights from your nearest EgyptAir hub are FULLY FUNDED by World Youth Forum, including the domestic flights within Egypt.

Yes, your ID is your access card to all events, so keep it with you at all times.
Your event’s ID will be handed over to you once you check-in your hotel.
Your event’s ID will give you access to all registered sessions and activities.
Smart Casual or Semi-Formal is the events’ dress codes. However, pack some comfy outfits, in addition to sportswear.
Shuttle buses will be constantly moving from your hotel to the Conference hall (center) and vice-versa.
World Youth Forum has a main event held annually in Sharm El-Sheikh. In addition to several events throughout the year in different locations.
If you do not have your ID, you will not be guaranteed access to the conference hall or events. It is your responsibility to have it with you at all times.
If you lose your ID, please inform the representative located in your hotel.
